Archangel Azrael

This lovely angelic being is also called the Angel of Death this angel helps us cross over to the other side . He aids in comfort of the one passing as well as the loved ones left behind. This powerful Angel can help aid in your grieving process and help you heal...Archangel Azrael also aids in protecting grief counselors shielding them from absorbing the the clients pain and guides these experts to help heal.

Forgiveness visual/meditation

It is so important to Forgive and forgive often...Forgiving does not mean Forgetting. Forgiving someone means that you stop spending the energy about what wrong has been done to you . When you forgive you take back control of your energy . That energy can be spent better manifesting beautiful things into your life. Forgiveness helps you move forward and releases you from the illusion you have been holding tight to.
Now I realize how hard it is to forgive and not dwell on the offense but it can be done. I still struggle on this one as my ego wants vindication but my higher self just wants peace and in the end you have to realize that the negative act that the person who offended you will get back what they put out into the universe...they put out negative and will receive in return negative...you never had to lift a finger the universe is swift in passing out karma .If you start thinking about it in those terms there will be no need to hang on to the hurt or resentment and anger you feel instead release it and ask your angels to heal your situation with love . For a little extra purging of the soul while you are meditating visualize a peaceful meadow and in the clearing of that meadow you can see the people that have wronged you no matter the offense go up to each of these people and forgive them and then watch as the angels escort them away from you with love and peace ..do this often do not be surprised if the same people reappear each time you do this visual. This is normal and eventually they will not be there. I have found this visual to be an important part of my spiritual journey this teaches many different lessons each different for everyone. I encourage you to try this I think you will enjoy the feeling of being freed of all that negative energy you have been carrying around. I hope that today you find some peace!

Archangel Ariel

This Archangel's name means "lion or lioness of God" and is associated with lions when this angelic being is around you may see visions of lions or references to ...it is interesting to note that some artwork portrays Ariel with a lion's head. Ariel has also been associated with the wind
Ariel also oversees the nature angels and helps heal the environment /bodies of water. Archangel Ariel works closely with Archangel Raphael to heal injured animals in the wild. You can call upon Archangel Ariel to help you with divine magic the environment , manifesting and healing /protecting wild animals... this information was taken from Doreen virtue Archangel and ascended masters an excellent resource when working with these divine beings.
I have to say that it explains a lot for me as I had a few dreams with lions in them and I have been increasingly more aware of the environment! Angels are here and waiting at the ready to help and protect us all you need to do is ask!

Clearing your energy with the Angels

Clearing your energy is essential in spiritual hygiene . It may sound odd but it is true . some of those mood swings we experience that is other people's energy intermingling with our own we do it all day long . If we encounter negative people or around a negative environment and never cleanse our energies we are forever trapped in a cloud of negativity this is what our EGO lives off of to keep us from our hopes and dreams. In this day of fast pace life sometimes it is hard to take time for an hour long meditation so may I suggest that you do these visuals while you shower it does not take very long and the more you practice it the faster it gets in fact you can do it while you wash your hair and all the other shower tasks.
The first visual you call on Archangel Raphael (healing angel) and visualize the top of your head with an opening this opening lets Archangel Raphael suck all the debris build up from you almost like he has a vacuum cleaner hose in your visual watch as all the debris leaves your body once you see it clear it is time for the next phase. Visualize this same angel fill you back up with the purest bright light but this bright light has the consistency of tooth paste ...and you are done....do not forget to thank your angels for the help in clearing....At first you may have issues visualizing or the visualizing of the debris being sucked out of you may seem to take forever this get shorter with practice and maintenance .

This is the easiest visual by far.
Visualize all the chakras lined up then you visualize a beam of white light entering the top of your head where the crown chakra is as this beam of white light penetrates down through all the chakra you will slowly see the glow of each color become brighter and clearer once they all become bright and clear you are done...I find it easier to visualize my chakras as colored orbs that spin in place.
and then as you dry off from your shower visualize your protective lights around you to help keep you energy protected...
White light (protective light)
Green light(healing light)
Pink light (pure love it takes any negative energy directed at you and absorbs it)
and finally the one I like the best Silver light...think of this one as something like chrome color and it reflects any and all negative energies and sends it back to the source.

So try these quick visuals for a week and see if maybe it has improved your mood...after all we can not manifest our dreams in a state of negativity. I hope that you find some smiles in your day!

So as I have been reading about this and this was even featured in the movie What the Bleep Do we Know (excellent movie for those into using "The Secret" tools)...how does this effect us? We are 70% water! omg so think of the implications that there is when we are mean to ourselves and when we are mean to others we are literally changing the water structure in our bodies! I don't know about you but I sure am gonna be much kinder to me !
